Neil Armstrong BSc. FCA.
Neil is a Chartered Accountant located in the Yorkshire Dales. His training was with one of the ‘Big 4’ firms. As a result, he now has 30 years + senior management experience in both SME and public Companies.
Gaining his experience in CFO and CEO roles in a variety of sectors and countries, he has corporate finance experience including M&A and IPO transactions. Start-up and turnaround experience means he is used to getting involved. He is a specialist in forming strategy, financial modelling & business development.
With a strong belief in seeking a “win-win” solution based on a firm sense of values, he possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He is a clear communicator at all levels resulting in him calling a spade a spade or dressing it up as necessary.
Very comfortable at dealing with funders and stakeholders alike, he has deep experience of investor relations work and maintains an extensive investor network across Europe.
